- 2026-06-12 The VCF file included in this collection was generated with the worflow map-markers-to-assembly,
    which mapped markers from the initial PSPPC coordinates into the JI2822 assembly version 2 (pissa.JI2822.gnm1.QBWW.genome_main.fna),
    removing 35% of the markers that did not have placements with at least 1000 bases flanking sequence and >= 80%
    query coverage of those bases in the genome. Chromosomes were prefixed with "pissa.JI2822.gnm1."
    SNP IDs were derived, based on chromosome ID and SNP position.
